Pa. Lawmakers Argue Over State Soil
Apparently the groups wanting a disgnation of an official state soil are upset that the State Legislature isn't working quickly enough. Bruce P. Willman, president of the soil association, says, "We are asking only a symbolic acknowledgment from our state government for the value of soils in our state. This is not a trivial undertaking and is not presented as a whimsical pursuit."
Never mind balancing budgets, funding schools, and finding ways to bring more work to the state - NAME A DAMN STATE SOIL ALREADY!!
