Tony Randall Dies

Just saw this news while doing some research for work. Tony Randall, most famous for playing Felix Unger in the "The Odd Couple" television show, dies at the age of 84 yesterday after battling a long illness.

While I remember Randall from his role in "The Odd Couple," my memories of him are formed more from his numerous appearances of David Letterman's "Late Show." Regardless of whether Randall was a scheduled guest or a surprise stop-by, he was always entertaining and very funny. He and David just seemed to have a lot of fun together and genuinely enjoyed each other's company. He will be missed.
